Updates: my break, what my blog is going to be and more

Hello!

It’s been a while – I haven’t posted since the beginning of July. My reason for that is there is one computer in my house and it broke at the beginning of the month. And I couldn’t really write on my phone.

(well, I am now. but it’s not fun.)

But TBH it was really great. I was so cuaght up that I didn’t get the chance to step back and look at the content I really wanted to make. And now that I have, get ready for some updates!

What to Expect

All year I’ve been writing 3-4 posts a week. And that SEEMED fine, until I stopped and realized that a lot of those posts were filler. As in, 2-3 posts every month were ones I was actually proud of and the rest were filling space.

And, frankly, I don’t want to go back to doing that.

You know what I love to write? WIP updates. Writing tips. Book reviews. And I haven’t been writing those at all, because I’ve had to push out so much content.

So my new schedule, for now, is this: one “official” post every Wednesday (WIP updates, writing, playlist bookish stuff) and my book reviews will come out any day of the rest of the week. As I finish the books I’ll post the reviews, but Wednesdays will always be for other content.

I won’t post all reviews on here, mostly LGBTQ and fantasy reviews, but I will post all of them on my Goodreads (*cough* here, if you’re interested ๐Ÿ˜).

All of this said, if this doens’t sound interesting to you, don’t feel bad about leaving! And if you stick around, I’ll look forward to chatting with you ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Corvi argenti quinque,

Marrill
