I had a different post planned for today, but then I read this blog post by Elizabeth, which was inspired by Cait, who was inspired by Rebecca and I got inspired.

I don’t know if this is an actual “tag” but it looked like a lot of fun, and I loved reading both Elizabeth’s and Cait’s posts (I love when they talk about anything writing tbh) so I decided this was a pretty casual post before NaNo.

How to get yourself to write \\ tips for those of us who lack motivation but have a lot of ideas


So I have a problem or five. I have plenty of writing ideas, outlines and characters…but a lack of motivation.

Maybe motivation isn’t the the right word – basically, I want to write but can’t seem to force myself to do it. And it’s (almost) literally been the death of me.
