Synopsis: In her first graphic novel, bestselling author Marissa Meyer extends the world of the Lunar Chronicles with a brand-new,action-packed story about Iko, the android with a heart of (mechanized) gold. When rogue packs of wolf-hybrid soldiers threaten the tenuous peace alliance between Earth and Luna, Iko takes it upon herself to hunt down the soldiers’ leader. With appearances by Cinder, Cress, Scarlet, Winter, and the rest of the Rampion crew, this is a must-have for fans of the bestselling series.

As you probably know, I LOVE The Lunar Chronicles, so I was obviously super, super excited to read this story.

The storyline is on point, and I could not have asked for anything better. This world is amazing, and nothing about it let me down.
I was okay with how the girls in the story were drawn, more or less, because they each looked different from each other, and did vaguely resemble the books.

But I found that Jacin and Kinney looked a lot alike, and I didn’t like how the Special Operatives were drawn. I found them to be way too wolf-like, even after Winter, when they got the enhancements and stuff.

Overall Thoughts

I read it for the storyline, and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m definitely anticipating the second book!
